Coaching is:
- Skills-based, structured support
- Non-clinical and preventative
- Time-limited with clear goals
Many clinicians see young patients who would benefit from structured skills work alongside – or after – clinical treatment: building emotional regulation, routines, confidence and resilience in daily life. Bright Fox provides exactly that, with clear boundaries and clear communication.
We do not diagnose, treat, or adjust anything clinical. If a young person’s needs exceed our scope — or anything concerning emerges — we communicate promptly and refer back. Our own therapy service is delivered by qualified, supervised therapists and is clearly distinguished from coaching at intake.
Coaching and talking therapies are not CQC-regulated activities; all Bright Fox practitioners are qualified and supervised, with robust safeguarding and UK GDPR-compliant data handling.
Talk to us about how Bright Fox could complement your clinical care. We’ll discuss the young person’s needs, clarify whether coaching is appropriate, and agree a clear referral pathway with defined boundaries and communication.
Patients referred to Bright Fox are typically seen within 5 days, with prompt updates if their needs fall outside our scope.
