Bright Fox Health provide support for young people aged 11–25 to improve their emotional wellbeing. We help young people feel calmer, more confident, and better able to cope with everyday challenges – at home, at school, and in life.
Coaching is not therapy — it’s non-clinical, skills-based support. Bright Fox does also offer a separate therapy service, delivered by qualified therapists, for when deeper support is needed.

Bright Fox is not a crisis or emergency service. If specialist psychological, psychiatric, or medical care is needed, we support families in accessing trusted external professionals.
You can begin by booking an initial consultation. This helps us understand your concerns, explain how Bright Fox works, and decide together whether it’s the right fit for your family.
No — and here’s why. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates specific “regulated activities” in England, such as medical treatment, diagnostic procedures and personal care. Talking therapies, counselling and coaching are not regulated activities under the Health and Social Care Act, so providers like Bright Fox are not required — or able — to register with the CQC.
That doesn’t mean we operate without standards. Our coaches are MSc-trained in psychology, and all practitioners work under regular supervision with robust safeguarding policies. Your data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. If a young person ever needs clinical or medical care, we’ll say so — and help you find the right route.
Mental Health Coaching is £100 per session, with no minimum commitment. The Bright Fox Programme — our structured 10-week coaching programme — is £1,250, including the initial assessment, parent updates, and final review. Therapy is from £150 per session. Every journey starts with a free consultation.
Not sure whether Bright Fox is right for your family? Book a free, private consultation. We’ll listen, understand what support is needed and explain the next steps clearly – with no pressure or obligation.
