Bright Fox builds mental wellbeing skills using science-backed psychological tools that support focus, emotional regulation, and resilience in everyday life.
We don’t diagnose or apply labels.
We teach practical mental health skills — informed by evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness — designed to be learned, practised, and strengthened over time. These are taught through flexible Mental Health Coaching and our structured Bright Fox Programme .
These skills support young people to:
These are essential life skills — yet they’re rarely taught explicitly.
Bright Fox was created to change that.
We don't diagnose. We don't pathologise. We focus on what young people can learn and practise — not what's "wrong" with them.
The Bright Fox Programme is time-limited by design: young people learn faster with a clear plan and a finish line. Ongoing coaching offers the same skills at your own pace.
Our approach draws on psychology, neuroscience, and mental skills research. Coaching is delivered by professionally trained Mental Health Coaches, each MSc-trained in psychology.
We adapt language, tools, and expectations to match each young person's age and stage — so coaching always feels relevant, not generic.
Skills are strongest when they're reinforced at home. We guide parents clearly and practically — without jargon or overwhelming detail.
Every young person’s programme is tailored, but common areas of focus include:
Managing big emotions
Learning to calm down when feelings become overwhelming
Reducing anxiety and overthinking
Tools to interrupt worry spirals and regain control
Building confidence
Coping with mistakes, self-doubt, and fear of judgment
Improving focus and follow-through
Strengthening attention, planning, and task completion
Handling pressure
Managing expectations from school, family, and social life
Developing resilience
Bouncing back faster when things don’t go to plan
Bright Fox is designed for young people who:
This approach works best when young people are ready to engage, even if hesitantly, and when parents are willing to support the process.
